LEGO Batman Legacy of the Dark Knight – All Red Brick Locations (Complete Guide)

Finding all the Red Bricks in LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight can be tricky, especially if you’re going for 100% completion. In this article, I show you every single Red Brick location so you don’t have to waste time hunting them down yourself.


Where to Find Every Red Brick in LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight

There are 23 Red Bricks in the game. Most are hidden in missions and need you to solve puzzles to get them. This guide shows every location. 14 are found in story missions, and 9 can be bought in the Batcave shop.

Infiltration

The Red Brick becomes available once you’ve built a tightrope to cross the gap to reach the temple. After crossing, don’t head inside the temple. Instead, turn right and follow the outer perimeter of the temple structure.

Take out any Ninja Guards along the way, then drop down below to find a path leading into a secret room.

Inside, you’ll find two large ninja statues holding two torches each, with four pressure plates laid out in the middle of the room. All four plates need to be activated at the same time. Pick up the stacks of books scattered around and place one on any of the two pressure plates.

Then have you and your partner stand on the remaining two plates simultaneously to reveal the Red Brick.

New Beginnings

Progress to the next area, where you will find a blue ice cream truck. At the end will find a small cabin on the far right side.

Enter the cabin through the roof to find the Red Brick inside.

Carmine Falcone

After meeting Flass and Selena, go to the side room on the right to find a safe. Enter the code 596 to get the Red Brick inside. If you want to find the clue for the code yourself, look for tiles on the sofa across from the safe and another tile behind the counter where Selena was standing.

The Red Hood Gang

Make your way through the story until you reach the giant fan. Use your glide ability to ride the air current upward and reach the top, then head into the vent. Once you’re inside, you’ll spot an Ace Card waiting there.

From the vent, crawl into the small space and follow the path until you reach the next room.

Head to the far-right side of the room and follow the hallway until you reach a locked door. Since you can’t go through it yet, look to the right side of the room for a crawl space and enter it.

Follow the crawl space path until you reach the next room, where you’ll spot the Red Brick trapped inside a glass pipe. The flowing water is keeping it stuck in place, so switch to Jim Gordon and use his gun ability to block the water flow. This will cause the Red Brick to fall out of the pipe and land on the other side of the room.

Next, look above the glass window on the right to find a vent. Open the vent and go through it to reach the other side.

Once there, you’ll find another pipe with water flowing down. Use Jim Gordon’s gun ability again to block this water stream, to safely pick up the Red Brick.

Mimes

From the ambush room, continue straight ahead into the next area where you’ll immediately see a large red “Shreck’s” sign in front of you. From here, look to the right side of the area and head behind the Gadgets sign to find an interactive puzzle setup.

On the ground, you’ll find a wire. Pick it up and plug it into the nearby TV to activate the mini-game. The screen will display a green cat icon that you can control using the buttons. Your goal is to carefully guide the green cat symbol all the way to the Red Brick icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Once you successfully reach the target, the puzzle will be completed, and the Red Brick will appear, allowing you to collect it.

The Penguin

Drop down into the first area and take out the enemies there. After that, cross to the other side and go through the vent. Keep going until you come out on the other side of it. Now just walk straight ahead down the hallway.

Just below the Rubber Duck, you’ll notice a vent blocked by a stack of boxes. Break the boxes to clear the path, then crawl through the vent.

When you come out in the next room, look around to spot the Red Brick locked inside a cage, but you won’t be able to reach it directly.

To free it, head to the far left side of the room where you’ll find a glass display case. Interact with it to cut the glass and collect the red umbrella inside.

Now carry the umbrella to the machine in the middle of the room and place it in the slot. Once it’s attached, rotate the machine until it is aimed directly at the cage holding the Red Brick.

After lining it up, press the nearby button to fire the umbrella at the cage, breaking it open and letting you collect the Red Brick.

Flugelheim

While progressing through the objective to disable the security gate, you will reach a hallway. At the end of the hallway, look up to spot the Red Brick on a ledge.

Use the cat ability of Catwoman to enter the vent on the right to reach the security room and press the red button.

Follow the ventilation shaft on the top right of the screen to the exit, where you’ll find the Red Brick.

Joker

From the starting area, head to the second balloon float. Look to your left and use the grapple to reach the glass window above. Switch to Catwoman, cut through the glass, and enter the building.

Once inside, use Catwoman’s special ability to spawn her cat. Move the TV to the left side.

Then place the cat on top of the TV so it can crawl into the vent.

Follow the tunnel to the next room, where you will find the Red Brick waiting for you.

Two-Face

The Red Brick can be found in the second fight arena. To get it, stand on the yellow pressure pad near the machine. This will reveal three targets. Switch to Robin and use his gadget to hit all three targets at the same time. Once you do, the Red Brick will unlock and be ready to collect.

Kite Man

From the starting area, head to the pathway on the right side. Use a pry to open the door.

Inside, pick up the battery cell and connect the power source to the device to activate the air vent.

Use Robin to push the slider on the left side of the room to close the platform, then swap to Batman and ride the wind upward.

Swap back to Robin and lower the platform again, then switch to Batman and glide down into the red brick to collect it.

Poison Ivy

Cross the first set of fly trap platforms, where you feed strawberries. Follow the patha nd enter the room on the left. Here you will find the Red Brick sitting inside a glass case with two pressure plates on either side. Pick up the two pots nearby and place them on the pressure plates to unlock the case and grab the Red Brick.

Firefly

When you reach the SPACE door, go through the door on your right. You will find a room with a globe in the middle. Interact with all the lights shining on the globe and set them to display the red planet.

Once all the lights are adjusted correctly, the Red Brick will be revealed.

Mr. Freeze

Look to the right side of the ledge on the wall to spot three target points, with one hidden behind a Panel. Use Batgirl’s hacking ability (or Hackarang) on the hackable panel to remove the blockage.

Then switch to Nightwing and hit all three targets with his Electrorang to make the Red Brick appear.

The League of Shadows Returns

Progress until you exit the rail tunnel to reach street level.cLook for the garbage truck on the road and use Nightwing’s charge ability to activate it.

Next, switch to Batgirl and throw her Hackarang at the red bulb on the truck, which will move the garbage truck to the right.

Once it’s in position, use the truck as cover to safely take cover from the incoming fire from the shooting enemy tank, then move forward to collect the Red Brick.
