‘Lies and Promises’ is not linked to any other quest. Head to the Coatepec Mountain located beneath Teticpac Peak to find a Yumkasaurus guarding a Luxurious Chest.
Find a way to communicate with the Yumkasaurus
Talk to the strange Yumkasaurus, but you won’t be able to understand it. So to communicate with the Yumkasaurus try to feed it by offering raw meat/fish.
