How to Listen to Emergency Transmission 02 in Starfield
As the mission “Back to Vectera” progresses, you will travel to Gryphus to find Barrett and Heller. Talk to Heller, and then decide whether or not to recruit him. Regardless of whether you recruit Heller, he will give you a note/disk with a message from Barrett on it.
