After Louisa confronts the receptionist, Zoe Kaminski about the power outage. your next goal is to locate the Junction Box.
Locate the Junction Box
To locate the junction box, start by walking directly from the Trade Union entrance, then make a left turn at Kay’s House.
Afterward, take a left turn just beyond the Med Bay.
Ascend a short flight of stairs and immediately take a right turn after the stairs. Here you will find another staircase that will to the upper level.
Go up the staircase and proceed along the path until you reach the quest marker. Be cautious of a hole in the walkway, and interact with the junction box.
At this time, Louisa and Zoe will now argue about what box to flip next but it won’t matter. You have the option of going to 45A or 45B.
Drop into a hole in the walkway near the junction box. Turn around and go through the red door to reach the “Trade Authority” entrance. Now from the “Trade Authority” head to the left, go up the stairs staircase, and down the route until you reach the quest marker and interact with junction box 45A.
