During The Saboteur of Paradise main quest, you’ll have the option to ask Minister Milverstreet in Fairfield for help and to trigger A Refreshing Bit of News.
How to Locate the Mental Refreshment Information
To locate the Mental Refreshment Information, you need to reach a room with a computer terminal located behind a locked door. This room can only be accessed from the fourth floor of the building.
Enter the building through the main door and reunite with NPC Inze. Then go through the only open door.
Once inside use the ladder on the right side of the room to climb up to the second floor.
On the second floor, follow the walkway along the wall and jump across the gap to reach the opposite side. You’ll notice a ladder leading up to the third floor and climb it to continue.
At the top, turn left and follow the path to the far end of the room, where two Raptidon Spitters will attack. Defeat them, then look to your right to find a set of pipes you can climb to reach the fourth floor.
Once on the fourth floor, follow the walkway until you reach the end. Then, drop down to the lowest level and jump into the open vent below.
Inside, interact with the computer terminal and select the following options to retrieve the information Milverstreet requested.
