This guide shows how to complete the ‘Look for suitable spots to place the Spikes‘ objective in the ‘Autonomous Mechanical Energy Source: Live Sample‘ world quest. This world quest will be available during Phase 3 of the ‘Shadow of the Ancients‘ Event. Phase 3 of the event will unlock on 9th November 2021 if you have already completed Phase 1 & phase 2 of the event. Click here to see the complete walkthrough of the ‘Shadow of the Ancients’ Event. When you get the quest, go and talk to Hosseini in Ritou. He will give you the objective to ‘Look for suitable spots to place the Spikes‘.
Look for suitable spots to place the Spikes
To place the spike go to the highlighted location at the south of the Narukami island.
As you enter the marked area, the “Start Challenge” prompt will. Now equip Ayesha’s Chaos Prospector Gadget as shown in the picture below. Click here to see how to use Ayesha’s Chaos Prospector.
Note: The event gadget can be used only within the event area
Use Ayesha’s Chaos Prospector to find the three Suspected Targeted Sites. Interact with the three sites to place the spikes. See the picture below to see the location of the three Suspected Targeted Sites.
After you have placed the three spikes, go back to Ritou and talk to Hosseini to complete the quest.
