How to find the Secret Tape in the Los Angeles Level in THPS 3+4
Complete the goal “Start the Earthquake” on the Los Angeles level. Now return to the starting point and look to your left, toward the red rail. You’ll see a wire stretching from the ground up to the rooftop of the building in front of you. Grind the wire to reach the rooftop and then jump onto the broken flyover ahead.
As you land on the broken flyover, you’ll see a ramp directly in front of you. Use this ramp to launch yourself toward the building ahead.
Once you land on the rooftop, grind forward along the ledge, then jump to the next ledge in front of you. Look for a rail sticking out from a purple (violet) pillar on the right side. Jump onto this rail and grind it to reach and collect the Secret Tape.
