How to Stop the Car Chase in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4
From the starting point, head to the left and grind the first red rail that goes down the street.
Next, turn right and follow the road. You’ll find the second red rail running along the side of the road. Grind it.
Turn right again, and grind the third red rail at the corner that goes up the slope.
Finally, skate forward and grind the fourth red rail that passes through a building. This will complete the goal “Start the Earthquake” on the Los Angeles level.
Now return to the starting point and look to your left, toward the red rail. You’ll see a wire stretching from the ground up to the rooftop of the building in front of you. Grind the wire to reach the rooftop. Once you’re on top, grind forward along the edge and then jump onto the broken flyover ahead. Skate toward the hanging car at the end of the flyover. Touch it to rescue the girl and complete the goal.
