This walkthrough will guide you through everything you need to know how to complete the quest “The Scent of Blood” in Lost Ark. You can initiate the quest by speaking with Rakil (NPC) at Shadow Island. A player needs to be level 50+ along with the sailing ability to complete the quest.
The Scent of Blood in Lost Ark
To start the quest, head to Shadow Island and speak with Rakil (NPC) on the ground floor to initiate the quest – “The Scent of Blood“. Rakil will ask for your help in saving “Mercenary Ganecron” and “Mercenary Kangal” from the tower.
– Find Mercenary Ganecron on the 2nd floor of the Tower
As the quest start, head to the 2nd floor of the tower. You will find NPC named Mercenary Ganecron lying on the floor, on the left side. He will tell you not to trust the tower and to inform Kangal to run.
– Find Mercenary Kangal on the 4th floor of the Tower
Next, head to the fourth floor of the tower. You will find NPC named Mercenary Kangal on the right side. He is already lying dead there.
– Talk Rakil that Kangal is already dead
Finally, head back and report your findings to Rakil. This completes the quest “The Scent of Blood”.
