MADiSON: Generator Puzzle | How to turn on generator in grandpa’s basement

Madison Grandpa’s basement location

As the game progresses, you will come across a safe that contains Luca’s notebook. After that, a door to his grandpa’s kitchen and dining room will open near the TV. The electricity will go out while you explore this new sector, leaving certain areas with a red light.

To restore electricity, you must locate the generator in Grandpa’s basement. Head to the door with the red glow and go straight through the corridor.

Then, descend the steps to the generator room.

To start the generator, flip the switches on the wall ON/OFF. You must turn all six switches from left to right correctly, otherwise, they will all reset to their default positions and you will have to start over.

Note: There is no one solution. The correct position of each switch is randomized for each player.

First, if you correctly turned (ON/OFF) the first switch (B14), you’ll go to the second (B15). Then, turn (ON/OFF) the second switch to the proper position. If you answered correctly, you’ll be able to go to the third switch (B16). This will be repeated for all six switches. If you pick the wrong choice, all six switches will be returned to their default positions.

When all six switches are appropriately positioned, you will automatically exit the problem. Finally, turn on the generator on your right to restore power to Grandpa’s home.
