Follow the main story where you ride a horse with Luca. The Newspaper is on a stone bench in front of a building at the marked location. If you reach Paquale’s Store, you’ve gone too far.

Follow the main story where you ride a horse with Luca. After this, you’ll receive your first Dinari, the game’s criminal currency. Your next objective will be to buy a knife from Paquale’s Store. Go downstairs into Paquale’s Store and check the tables to find a note.
Newspaper 2/2 and Charm 1/1
After arriving at the Palio with Luca, you can find the Newspaper from the nearby stands, just to the left of the Torrisi race tent.
Charm is on the stairs of a small wooden platform just in front of Torrisi’s race tent.
