This guide covers all collectible locations you can find in Chapter 3 of the game Mafia: The Old Country, released on 8th August 2025.
Charm 1/2
At the start of the chapter, your first objective is to meet Luca at the stable. Before heading there, visit the garden to meet Isabella (secondary objective). Once you arrive, a cutscene will trigger. After the cutscene, check the fireplace on the right to collect a Charm.
Note 1/9: Public Warning
Follow the main story and ride the horse with Luca and Caesar. After the ride, you’ll find the note on the stone pillar of the gate.
Saint’s Card 1/1
From the previous collectible, head east to the chapel. You’ll find a Saint’s Card on the altar in the chapel’s courtyard.
Newspaper 1/6
Head to the building opposite the chapel, where you’ll find a man seated at a table with a newspaper.
Newspaper 2/6
Follow Luca to the citrus farm. Before entering, turn left at the gate. You’ll find a newspaper on a table in front of the building.
Note 2-4/9
Outgoing payment
Continue the main mission. After threatening the citrus farmer, you’ll receive the objective to ‘Collect the Money.’ Head to the room on your left, where you’ll find Note #2 on a table near the locked safe.

In the same room, you’ll find another note on a table by the window on the right side.
Appeal for information
In the same room, you’ll find another note on a table by the window on the left side.
Newspaper 3/6
Follow the main story and ride the horse with Luca and Caesar to reach the quarry. You’ll find a newspaper on top of a stone slab in front of the hut.
Newspaper 4/6
Follow the main story and ride the horse with Luca and Caesar. Just before crossing the stone bridge, head to the building on the left (refer to the map). Go up the stairs, and you’ll find a newspaper on the railing of the stairs.
Newspaper 5/6
Follow the main story until you reach the customs yard with Leo and Caesar in Porto Almaro. Then, head to your left and go down the stairs to the dock near a cart. You’ll find a newspaper on top of the cart beside the wall.
Note 5-7/9
Custom Office Report
The note is on a table in the impound yard, likely near the spot where you first get the opportunity to take down a guard.
Ludovici’s Investment
In the impound yard, eliminate the guard at the gate, then head left to enter the building. The note is on a table inside, on the left side of the impound yard.
Impound yard – Incident report
It is on another table in the same room by the window.
Trinacria Coin 1/2 and Mystery Fox
Trinacria Coin 1/2
Enter the impound yard where you eliminated the guard earlier. Stay on the left side, and about halfway through, look to your right to find the Trinacria Coin on a table.
Mystery Fox
While staying on the left side, go to the end to find the Mystery Fox on a table beside the safe.
Newspaper 6/6
Follow the main story until you receive the objective to speak with Farmer Fichera. At this point, head to the left side and you’ll find a newspaper on a bench in front of the building.
Charm 2/2, Note 8-9/9 and Trinacria Coin 2/2
Charm 2/2
Follow the main story to reach the water pump, where you’ll need to drive out the bandits. Once the area is clear, enter the ruined building to find the Charm in the middle of the room.
Ransom Note
In the same room, look for a wooden chest in the center, just behind the Charm, to find the Ransom Note.
List of Targets Note
Still in the same room, check the table on the right side to find the List of Targets Note.
Trinacria Coin
Look for a locked door in the room. Break the lock with your knife and go through the door. Turn around to find the Trinacria Coin on top of the door frame.
