Mafia: The Old Country – All Chapter 4 Collectibles Locations & Guide

This guide covers all collectible locations you can find in Chapter 4 of the game Mafia: The Old Country, released on 8th August 2025.

Saint’s Card 1/1 – San Vito

Follow the main story and ride the horse with Isabella toward the ruins. Once you dismount for the first time to check with Gennaro and Ceaser, head southeast to find an altar across the road.

Trinacria 1/3

The Trinacria 1/3 can be found at the temple. After the gunfight, head inside and collect it from the table on the left side.

Charm 1/2 (Fantasma)

Follow the main story to rescue Isabella from the bandits, after which you’ll automatically arrive at Messina’s camp.

From the top, while observing the bandits below, you can spot Charm #1 on the side of the wooden rail.

Note 1/4 (The Owl’s Instructions)

Head to the right and enter the cave, then go down the slope to reach the bandits’ camp. As you exit the cave, look to your right to find the note on top of a crate.

Note 2/4 (The Hunt for Messina)

Proceed to the right and enter a large chamber in the mountains. There are some bandits inside this chamber. You’ll find the note on the upper level of the chamber.

Newspaper 1/1

The newspaper is on a crate in the middle of the large chamber.

Trinacria 2/3

From the previous collectible, head straight and exit the chamber. In the open area with multiple bandit tents, proceed to your right to find Trinacria 2/3 on the mountain wall.

Note 3/4 (Gennaro’s Acquisition)

Proceed toward the objective, ‘Find Gennaro’. You need to leave the chamber and go up the slope. Midway, as the path bends upward, you’ll see a few more tents along the way. Look to your right to find a note near a giant boulder.

Mystery Fox 1/1

For the Mystery Fox, head to the right of the boulder, then turn left to reach behind it. You’ll find the Mystery Fox at the end, near the wooden rails.
