This guide covers all collectible locations you can find in Chapter 5 of the game Mafia: The Old Country, released on 8th August 2025.

Note 1/6 – Cleanup Initiative
At the start of the chapter, enter the building in the vineyard and head to the right. You will find the Cleanup Initiative note on a table in the middle of the room.
Newspaper 1/3 – Wave of Anarchy
Go upstairs, turn left, and you’ll find Newspaper 1/3 on a table near the door.
Newspaper 2/3 – Races in Palermo
Follow the main story where you drive a car to reach a location to meet Tino. Upon reaching the objective location, check the stone table near the wooden door in front of the hut to find the Races in Palermo newspaper.
Note 2/6 – Torrisi Logbook
Proceed to the “Look for Tino” objective. You’ll find the Torrisi Logbook note placed on a wooden crate.
Trinacria 1/3
During “Infiltrate Ludovici’s Villa,” head into the small building on the left side of the compound to find Trinacria 1/3 on a table.
Neewspaper 3/3 – Sicilian Parades
During “Infiltrate Ludovici’s Villa,” head to the garden on the left side of the stairs, where you’ll find the Sicilian Parades newspaper on a stone bench.
Note 3/6 – Opera Advertisement
Go to the second floor of Ludovici’s Villa. Upon entering through the door, you’ll see the note on a table directly in front of you.
Note 4/6 – Ludovici’s Collection
Head to the right side to find Ludovici’s Collection placed on a table.
Trinacria 2/3
From the previous collectible, turn around to spot Trinacria 2/3 on a small table positioned between two glass shelves.
Charm 1/1 – Caricato
Charm 1/1 – Caricato is on another table, just to the right of the previous collectible.
Note 5/6 – Protection Agreement
Go to the left, and just past the door, you’ll find another table with a note on it.
Mystery Fox 1/1
After incapacitating Ludovici with a blow to the head, you will receive a new objective to retrieve him once his guard has been eliminated. Behind the spot where Ludovici is lying, you’ll find a dining room. Enter the room and approach the fireplace to collect the Mystery Fox.
Trinacria 3/3 and Note 6/6 – Threatening Letter
Follow the main story until you arrive in San Celeste, then enter the apartment with Cesare. Inside, you’ll find the Threatening Letter note on a table beside the couch.
Inside your apartment, you’ll find the Trinacria placed on the kitchen counter.
