This guide covers all collectible locations you can find in Chapter 6 of the game Mafia: The Old Country, released on 8th August 2025.

Mystery Fox 1/2 and Newspaper 1/4
Mystery Fox #1
Follow the main story until you reach the Tannery to meet Leo. After getting out of the vehicle, head to the right and proceed up the stairs on your right to find the Mystery Fox near a hut.
Newspaper #1
Proceed to the right, then go up the stairs on the left to find the newspaper on a bench.
Newspaper 2/4
Continue the main mission and follow Leo into the building. Once inside, enter the room to the left of the stairs and collect the newspaper from the table.
Newspaper 3/4
Follow the main story to reach San Celeste and proceed to the “Go to the Market Square” objective.
As you proceed toward the objective marker, go up the stone stairs and then proceed to the left side to find the newspaper on a stone bench.
Notes 1-3/18
Notes #1
In the Market Square, you’ll find the Note – Targa Pamphlet on a table to the right side, near the wall.
Notes #2 – Velocita Interview
In the Market Square, you’ll find the Note – Velocita Interview on a crate inside a small tent shop near the stairs.
Notes #3
In the Market Square, you’ll find the Note – Cafe Menu on a table in front of Cafe Carnezzeria, located on the left side.
Newspaper 4/4
Proceed to the “Follow the Informant” objective. He will lead you into an office in the marketplace, where you’ll find Newspaper 4/4 on the table in the first room.
Charm 1/2 and Trinacria 1/1
Proceed to the “Free Giuseppe” objective. You’ll find Charm #1 in front of his cell in the basement.
Trinacria 1/1 is on the table inside Giuseppe’s cell.
Notes 4-18/18
Notes #4:Employee Memo & Notes #5: Arrest Record – Unknown Male
Proceed to the “Find the printing plates” objective in the main story. You will find two notes on the table in the first room.
Notes #6: D’amico’s Observations
This note is on the dining table.
Notes #7: Safe Repair Record
From the dining room, proceed to the next room to find the note on a table near a locked safe.
Notes #7-9: Employee Memo, Invoice – T. Wallace & Son, Impound Yard – Weekly Report
Go to the room on the right to three notes on different tables.
Notes #10-12: Arrest Record – Ennio Salieri, Employee Memo, Arrest Record – Corrado Bastoni
Proceed to the next room to find three notes. Arrest Record – Ennio Salieri is on the first table, Employee Memo is on the notice board on the left side, and Arrest Record – Corrado Bastoni is on another table on the far end of the room.
Notes #13-15: A reminder from Fresta, Marion’s Combination Record, Printing Plate Relocation
Go to the adjacent office to find three more notes. A Reminder from Fresta is on a table just to the left of the door.
Marion’s Combination Record is on a table near the safe. Printing Plate Relocation is inside the locked safe. Use the combination 28-34-12 to open it.
Notes #16: Handover to Lieutenant
Go upstairs and enter the room on the left. Proceed to the side room, and you’ll find the note.
Notes #17: Monthly Reminder
Go upstairs and enter the room directly opposite. You’ll find one note on the table.
Charm 2/2 & Notes #18: Authorization Request
Another note is beside the door, along with a charm #2
Mystery Fox 2/2
Go upstairs to the second floor and enter the room on the left. In the side room, you’ll find Mystery Fox 2/2 in the corner near the bookshelf.
