This guide covers all collectible locations you can find in Chapter 7 of the game Mafia: The Old Country, released on 8th August 2025.

Charm 1/2 and Note 1/4
Charm #1 and Note #1 are available at the start of the chapter. The charm is on a table to the left, and the note is on the right side.
Newspaper 1/2 and Note 2/4
Follow the main story to drive to Pasquale’s. After getting out of the vehicle, head left to find the newspaper on a table and the note beside the blue vehicle.
Mystery Fox 1/3, Note 3-4/4, Charm 2/2 and Trinacria 1/1
Follow the main story objective to “Sneak past the Marquis’ guard.” Go up the stairs, turn left, and walk past the prostitute. You’ll find the Mystery Fox statue hidden under some bushes on the left.
Now, head to the right where the prostitute is standing and go up the stairs. There, you’ll meet NPC Concetta, sitting on a chair. The same lady you met earlier with Leo. You’ll find a note on a table right beside her.
Leave the room through the balcony and jump onto the lower roof to reach the next room on the left. Inside, you’ll find Charm #2 and Trinacria 1/1.

Mystery Fox 2/3
After racing with the train, you’ll receive the objective to pick up Leo, who will be near the railway crossing (refer to the map). Cross to the other side of the railway crossing and check beside the building to find the Mystery Fox.
Newspaper 2/2
Go southwest from the railway crossing to find the newspaper on a bench in front of the building.
Mystery Fox – 3/3
Go to “Pasquale’s Gas Station” as marked on the map. You’ll find the Mystery Fox statue on the roof of the building. Refer to the building shown on the map and in the image for guidance.
