This walkthrough guide will show you how to Meet with Rugan’s Associates and find the Zhentarim Leader for the quest “Find the Missing Shipment” in Baldur’s Gate 3.
Go to Waukeen’s Rest as marked on the map. When you reach the location, you will find the main building on fire and a couple of people trapped inside. You can attempt to rescue them to unlock another pair of new side quests.
Skip this, head to the west from the courtyard. In this area, you will find three small buildings. One of them is a tavern with its door lined with crates. Move the crates to enter the tavern.
Inside you will encounter Salazon. If you made friends with Rugan in the cave, you can enter the password ‘Little serpent, long shadow.’ Otherwise, you’ll have to pass successfully on dice rolls to persuade him.
He’ll give you the key to the hatch leading to the basement and inform you that the entry is hidden in the closet.
Once you get the key, head down the hatch, through the locked wardrobe in the basement, and into the wide-open cavern.
Speak with the Zhentarim Leader
Once you get in there, you will meet Zarys, and after a short chat, head towards her to talk to her.
