In Metal Gear Solid 3 Delta: Snake Eater (2025 Remake), you can find 64 special green rubber frogs called Kerotan. Collecting all of Kerotans gives you the ‘It Ain’t Easy Being Green’ trophy and the Stealth-Camo. This guide will help you find every Kerotan in Metal Gear Solid 3 Delta: Snake Eater.

Dremuchij
Kerotan #1
Dremuchij is the first place you land after jumping out of the airplane. Once you reach the ground, your first task is to get your backpack from the tree. After you retrieve it, check the top of the hill near the backpack to spot two items hidden in the grass.
If you can’t find the items, go back to the place where you first landed. From there, walk up the east slope to the top of the hill. Once you reach the top, look to your left, and you will see both items sitting on a rock.

To find it, go past the swamp and up the hill a little bit. Then, look to your right to see it on a rock.

Head to the right side of the area till the end. You will find it on top of a stump.

Look up on the left side of the rope bridge support pillar to find it.

Once you reach the area, go into the partially destroyed building to see a small hole in the wall to the left of the staircase. Peep through it to find the Kerotan #5

Progress in the area a little bit to reach a larger area. Look to your left to find some stumps and logs. Look under it to find Kerotan.

Once the cutscene with The Boss ends, head toward the wrecked plane. From there, go north. You’ll find a path on your right. Once you reach the fork, look to your left; you’ll find it on top of a large rock.

You will find this behind a tree on the left side of the swamp area.

After you enter this area, you’ll need to crawl under a fallen tree to keep going until you reach the cliff. Go to the side area on the right side to find it behind a wooden log.

After crossing the bridge, take an immediate right turn. You’ll find the kerotan sitting on top of a rock. It is right below the Kerotan, camouflaged among the green leaves.

Look for it in the northern part of the lake. Refer to your map for the exact location. It is located underwater at the base of the same tree where you found the Ga-Ko.

After you drop down from the ledge where you found the Camo (Splitter), go straight towards the third electric fence. You will find Kerotan #13 on the ground near the fence and a few trees.

In the Ocelot boss fight, turn around and look across the gap. You’ll find it at the bottom of a tree near some grass.

This is located where you fight with the boss “The Pain”. After reaching the area, head right into an open area with sunlight coming in. You will find Kerotan #17 near the ceiling.

Follow the main story, and walk through the cave until you get to a room with sunlight. On your left, you’ll see a small opening with bombs called Claymores. Blow up the bombs, go into the room, then turn around and look up to find the Kerotan on a ledge.

After entering the Groznyj Grad Torture Room building, take a left turn down the corridor and enter the room directly in front of you. You’ll find the Kerotan inside a desk.

Go behind the fenced area and the tower to find a small building. To its left, you’ll see an opening in the ground to enter the drain. Refer to the map.
Crawl inside the drain, heading west. The drain will change direction, so turn south. About halfway through, you’ll find the Kerotan on the first right turn.
Groznyj Grad Weapons Lab: East Wing
Follow the objective marker to enter the building shown on the map, which will lead you to the Groznyj Grad Weapons Lab: East Wing.

Go to the second floor and non-lethally take out the officer with white hair. Drag the officer to the locker room. You’ll receive the item after the cutscene.
From the locker room, go to the library through the door to the north. You’ll find it on the bookshelves.

Go through the southwest door of the locker room and follow the corridor. Then, go through the door on your left to reach the Groznyj Grad Weapons Lab: West Wing Corridor. Follow the path as per the map below.
