Tikhogornyj

If you carried the Tsuchinoko in your food inventory until the torture room, it will spawn again here. Leave the waterfall and go up the path at the first turn to find this short, fatty snake. Capture it alive and keep it until the end of the game; do not eat it. Use the Mk22 or EZ Gun to stun it.

Ga-Ko #49

It is sitting on the rocky wall on the left side of the waterfall.

Face Paint (Kabuki)

It is in the water just below the waterfall and Ga-Ko.

Kerotan #49

At the very end of the river, look for a fallen tree. It is below this fallen tree.

Ga-Ko #50

Go back to the waterfall and enter it. Follow the corridor until you see the second locked gate on the right. The item is on a box just behind them.

Kerotan #50

Continue to follow the corridor to the location marked on the map. Enter the room with the red door. Look up to find a Kerotan on a pipe.
