This guide shows how to get the Military Airdrop THB-04B, which is on the Saint Joseph Hospital Roof in Dying Light 2. You will get an Inhibitor from this military airdrop.

How to get Military Airdrop THB-04B
Go to the front of Saint Joseph Hospital at the location marked in the picture below.
At the marked location, climb the rails. Then jump and grab the ladder on the right side as shown below and climb to the top.
At the top, turn left and go straight till the end of the path. Then turn left and climb up the rails as shown below.
After that, turn around and jump to the floor ahead and then climb the wall on the right side as shown in the picture below.
Then go straight ahead and climb the rails on the walls as shown below. On the wall ahead, you will see some poles. Climb the poles and keep jumping to the pole on the left side to reach the roof as shown below.
After reaching the roof, go straight ahead as shown below. Here you will find an airdrop and an inhibitor.
