There are 5 relay stone puzzles in Narukami Island of Genshin Impact 2.0 (Inazuma Region). Solving a relay stone puzzle will grant you access to an Exquisite Chest. This walkthrough will show the locations and solution of all the relay stone puzzles in Narukami Island.
A relay stone puzzle has 3 components:
DISCHARGE STONE (DS): Shoots a harmless electric current.
CUMULATION STONE (CS): Absorbs the electrical energy from Discharge Stone.
RELAY STONES (RS): Conducts the current released by Discharge Stone.
To solve the puzzle you must complete the circuit: the current from Discharge Stone must reach the Cumulation Stone. You’ll have to use the relay stones to complete the circuit. There will be multiple relay stones in the area which can be picked-up and positioned anywhere. To solve the puzzle, you must position the relay stones in such a way that the current released from Discharge Stone reaches the Cumulation Stone. After the circuit is complete, an exquisite chest will appear and its loot will be yours. [NOTE: Electro-Seelie can also act as relay stone. Your character, if affected by Electro, can also act as relay stone.]
Relay Stone Puzzle #1: West Coast
Check the images below to see the location and solution of this relay stone puzzle. There are 2 Discharge stones (DS), 1 Cumulation Stone (CS) and 3 Relay Stones (RS) in this puzzle. To complete the circuit you must connect the CS to both DS. One discharge stone is in front of the hut (DS1) and the second discharge stone is on a rock behind the bushes (DS2).
STEP 1: Connect DS1 to CS
There are already two purple colored electro-slimes between DS1 and CS which are acting as conductors. You need to place an electro-seelie (or a relay stone) before the CS to complete the connection between DS1 and CS. There are 3 relay stones in this area. You can place one here. Or you can chase the electro-seelie (which is above the hut) towards the CS. The CS will connect with DS1 when the electro-seelie gets near it.
STEP 2: Connect DS2 to CS
This is very simple. There are 3 relay stones in this area. Place them between DS1 and CS to connect them. If placed properly, only 2 relay stones are sufficient to complete the connection.
Relay Stone Puzzle #2: Chinju Forest
Check the images below to see the location and solution of this relay stone puzzle. There is one discharge stone (DS) and one cumulation stone (CS) in this puzzle. There are 2 relay stones (hard to miss) in this area. Pick them up and place between the DS and CS. But this won’t be enough to complete the circuit because the CS and DS are quite far away. So, you must also stand in-between and act as a conductor. Touch the pink colored electro-crystals to get affected by electro. This will make you a conductor. Now, stand in-between and complete the circuit. The exquisite chest will spawn near the cumulation stone.
Relay Stone Puzzle #3: Chinju Forest South Coast
Check the images below to see the location and solution of this relay stone puzzle. There is one discharge stone (DS) and one cumulation stone (CS) in this puzzle. The discharge stone is under the rock above the waterfall. Break the rock to reveal the DS. There are 3 relay stones in this area which are pretty easy to spot. Simply, place the 3 relay stones between the DS and CS to complete the circuit. The chest will spawn near the CS.
Relay Stone Puzzle #4: Konda Village
Check the images below to see the location and solution of this relay stone puzzle. There is one discharge stone (DS) and one cumulation stone (CS) in this puzzle. There are 2 relay stones (hard to miss). Place the relay stones between the DS and CS to complete the circuit. The chest will spawn near the CS.
Relay Stone Puzzle #5: Mt. Yougou
Check the images below to see the location and solution of this relay stone puzzle. There are 2 RELAY STONES here: one is static (can’t be moved) and the other one (near static RS) can be picked-up. There are 2-steps for completing this puzzle.
STEP 1: Connect the Discharge Stone with Static Relay Stone.
Pick-up the Relay Stone and place it mid-air between Discharge Stone and Static Relay Stone. This will connect the 2 stones. [NOTE: You’ll see a SEELIE mid-air between the two stones. This is a hint showing you where you should place the Relay Stone].
STEP 2: Connect the Static Relay Stone with Cumulation Stone.
For this step, you must yourself act as a Relay Stone [NOTE: You can act as a connector/conductor if you’re affected by Electro]. First, get hit by the shockwave static relay stone is producing so that you get affected by Electro. Now, glide towards the Cumulation Stone and stay mid-air (where the SEELIE is) to connect the two stones. Once the connection is established and the circuit is complete the exquisite chest will spawn near the static relay stone. Go and Loot it!
