If you’re looking to speed up the grind for new builds, unlocking Rebirth is one of the best things you can do. This guide explains how to start the Rebirth quest, how to unlock it, and what benefits it brings to your MyPlayer.

How to Start the Rebirth Quest

As soon as you create your character and exit MyCourt after the opening cutscene, you’ll receive the Rebirth quest.

  • Go to Ronnie 2K, who can be found standing in front of the arena. Speak to him to receive the quest.
  • The first requirement is to get your character to 90 Overall.

Step 1: Reach 90 Overall

To complete the first step of Rebirth:

  1. Play games and earn XP with your first character to level up your attributes.
  2. Once your character reaches 90 Overall, a pop-up will notify you that Rebirth has been unlocked.

At this stage, every new character you create will start with the same maximum overall cap as your highest character and have all badges unlocked up to the Silver level.

Step 2: Reach 95 Overall for Gold Rebirth

If you continue leveling your main build up to 95 Overall, you’ll unlock the Gold Rebirth Tier.

  • Any new build you create will now be able to reach 95 Overall and Badges will be unlocked up to the Gold level.

Higher Levels of Rebirth

Rebirth does not stop at 95 Overall. If you have more strong builds, the rewards get even better. At 95 Overall or higher, new players can unlock Hall of Fame badges once they meet the requirements. If you reach Legend, new players can unlock Legend badges.
