This guide shows you exactly where to find the New Bone Treasure Map, how to reach the buried treasure, and the rewards you’ll receive after digging it up.
New Bone Treasure Map Locations
The New Bone Treasure Map is not found on New Bone Island. Instead, you can collect it on Salt Lagoon, located around the coordinates 723, 608. After reaching the island, head to the northeastern shore. Look for a corpse lying on the beach near a small campsite, just north of a rowboat.
Interact with the body to loot the New Bone Treasure Map, which reveals the location of the hidden treasure.
New Bone Treasure Location
After collecting the New Bone Treasure Map, sail north to New Bone. Once you arrive, head to the small island just north of the Viewpoint. Look for four coconut trees surrounding a rowboat.
The treasure is buried in the middle of the coconut trees. Dig at this spot to uncover the treasure chest, which contains the Art Collection Piece: Maize Deity and 2,500 to 3,000 Reales, depending on your game version.
