This guide shows how to complete “No Man’s Land” Relic Ruin in Horizon Forbidden West, which released for Playstation 4 and Playstation 5 on 18th February 2022. You will be able to complete this ruin only after you have completed story quest 5, Death’s Door.
No Man’s Land Relic Ruin
The location of the ruin is marked in the picture below.
On the southern side of the ruin, you will find a crate as shown in the picture below. Push the crate below a ledge opposite to it as shown in the second picture below. Then use the ledge to climb up.
After climbing up, go left and ignite the firegleam to blow up the wall as shown below. You will be able to do this only after you have completed story quest 5, Death’s Door.
Enter through the hole in the wall and then turn left. Here you will see a crate behind a barrier. Use pullcaster to pull the crate towards you as shown in the picture below.
Then go back to the main hall and use the pullcaster to drop the crate down to the flooded area as shown below. The crate may get stuck on the wall. So you might need to try this multiple times from different positions before it falls down. You will be needing this crate later.
Now jump down to the flooded area. Use the pullcaster to break the wall as shown below.
Go through the broken wall. Then turn right and go to the northern portion of the ruin. Here you will find another firegleam as shown below. Ignite the firegleam to blow up the wall. Then go inside and collect the energy cell.
Carry the energy cell back to the flooded area. Insert the cell into the charging station as shown below.
Now place the crate near the charging station. Once the cell is fully charged, pull it out and drop it on top of the crate as shown in the picture below.
Then take the crate carrying the cell to the opposite side as shown below. You need to do this because if the cell touches the water, it loses its charge. Now pick up the cell and insert it on the wall socket shown below to power the door on the floor above it.
Next to the wall socket, you will find a Datapoint containing the door code (2204).
Now push the crate below the ledge as shown in the picture below. Then use the crate to climb up the ledge and reach the upper floor.
On this floor, you will find the locked door. Enter the door code (2204) to unlock the door. Then go inside and collect the ornament to complete the “No Man’s Land” Relic Ruin.
