In NTE, if you want to give your motorbike the Ghost Rider-style flame appearance, here is exactly how to do it. The process has two main parts: defeating the Headless Rider boss to earn the right arc, and then setting up your character correctly before getting on the bike.
Step 1: Spawn the Headless Rider
Before anything else, you need to be driving a vehicle. Any car will work, just make sure it is not the Vesper. Once you are in a vehicle, advance the in-game time to 10:00 PM to ensure it is nighttime.
Now head to the bridge crossings area, specifically the crossroads where Fox Window Street meets the Coastal Highway. Drive around that intersection for a few seconds, and the Headless Rider will appear.
Follow him until he leads you into a tunnel. This will teleport you into a boss arena.
Step 2: Defeat the Boss and Collect the Arc
Defeat the Headless Rider in the boss fight to receive an arc called the Raging Flames as your reward.
Step 3: Get a Motorbike
You will need an actual motorbike for the skin to work. Head to the car dealership and pick one up. There are two motorbikes available. The Ghost Rider flame skin also works on the cheaper bike, too.
Step 4: Equip the Arc on a Plasma Character
Now, equip Raging Flames onto a plasma-type character. A couple of easy options:
- The red-haired girl from the temporary banner is a plasma character.
- If you do not have her, you automatically unlock a character called Aurelia on your third login day, who is also plasma type.
Equip the Raging Flames arc onto either of those characters.
Step 5: Get on the Bike as That Character
Make sure you are currently controlling the plasma character with the Raging Flames arc equipped when you mount the motorbike. Do it in that order, and the flame skin will automatically appear on the bike.
