Starting Location
A Watery Grave is the second quest in the Dark Brotherhood story. Talk to Vicente Valtieri to get the contract. In this mission, you need to find and take out the pirate captain Gaston Tussaud at the Waterfront District of the Imperial City.
How To Assassinate Gaston Tussaud
As the quest begins, go to the Waterfront District in the Imperial City.
You don’t need to sneak—just hide in the crate, and the pirates will carry the crate onto their ship. Head over to the northwest dock, where you’ll see an open crate. Interact with the crate to hide inside it.
Once you’re on the ship, explore and look for the captain’s cabin. It’s located on the back of the ship, up on the higher level. If you run into other pirates, eliminate them. When you reach the captain’s cabin, go inside. That’s where you’ll find your target—Gaston Tussaud.
Finally, return to Vicente and receive your reward, the Black Band.
