Dock your ship with the “Trident Luxury Lines Staryard” in the Cheyenne Star System and get inside. Enter into the door on the right side behind the security guard.
Inside, interact with the vent and use Digipicks to open it.
Head inside the vent, drop down, and open another vent on the other side to discover the Schematic.
