After defeating Jujudormah, proceed through the next room and the tunnel. After the cutscene, you will find the file near a chest containing.

While playing as Oyu, go to the dragon shrine to unlock the side doors, take the left door near the save point to find this file on the ground.
The Oni’s Super Weapon
While playing as Oyu, unlock the side doors with the keyplate in the dragon shrine and take the right door. In the next room, find the file on a nearby shelf.

It is located in Oni Castle.
Tokichiro’s Memo #1
After using the Golden Key to stop the crates in the elevator room, jump across the boxes and use the Circle Key on the next door. In the following room, the file can be picked up from the floor near the statue’s base.

Humans As Food
After returning to Gifu Castle and defeating the Pole Smashing Genma, head through the door on the right. The book is on a ledge between two chests inside.
Tokichiro’s Memo #2
With Magoichi as your main ally, go to Gifu Castle through the door blocked by an Ice Seal, then proceed into the Demon Cave. Progress until the cutscene with Magoichi triggers—the file is awarded automatically afterward.

The Golden Evil Statue and File #17: The Book of Fortinbras are located in the same room, accessible after crossing the river by boat and defeating the Tentacle demon.

After the cutscene revealing Oyu’s true identity, a hole appears in the wall. Take control of Jubei, head through the opening, and turn left. The file is in a chest at the end of the hall.
