This article will guide players on where to find all Panda Plushies in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 to unlock Constable Richard.
Panda Plushie #1
In the Foundry level, the panda plushie can be found on a ledge located on the far left side of the map. To reach it, make your way to the upper area above the molten bucket. From there, walk across the flat pipes that stretch across the section. Once you’re at the end of the pipes, jump onto the ledge to collect the panda plushie from the corner on the left side.
Panda Plushie #2
Players can find the Canada panda plushie on top of a circular platform with a tree growing in the middle. It’s located directly behind the starting point.
Panda Plushie #3
The Rio panda plushie is located near a fountain, hidden in the bushes in the corner to the right of the starting point.
Panda Plushie #4
The Suburbia panda plushie is located in the secret skatepark that becomes accessible after completing the goal “Help the Thin Man”. To reach the plushie, grind along the quarter pipe and then transfer onto the wall behind it. The panda plushie can be found tucked into a corner of a wall.
Panda Plushie #5
Players can find the Airport panda plushie behind the sign for Gate C2. To reach it, go down the second ramp from the starting point and take a left. Then, grind the wall on the left side with various national flags hanging from it.
Panda Plushie #6
The Skater Island panda plushie is located in the beach area. You’ll find it hidden behind a small boat on the left side.
Panda Plushie #7
To reach the Los Angeles panda plushie, go to the right side and jump up to the upper level behind the fountain. Once you’re at the top, drop down through the open grates to collect the panda plushie.
Panda Plushie #8
First, players need to grind the wire with the hanging lantern, and then grind the wall to the left of the starting area. This will make a giant coin fall, unlocking access to a secret skatepark in the Tokyo level.
In the new area, drop down to your right, then follow the concrete cylinder to find the secret location.

The Cruise Ship panda plushie is hidden near the large flower plot hanging from the roof of the ship’s lower deck.
Panda Plushie #10
The College panda plushie is located on a rooftop just behind the starting point. From the spawn, head left and enter the parking garage on your right. Go up to the second level of the garage. From there, look for a wire and grind it in the direction of the starting point. Jump onto the roof on the right side to collect the panda plushie.

The San Francisco panda plushie is up on the roof of the Pier 12 building on the left side.
Panda Plushie #12
Players can find the Movie Studio panda plushie on a raised platform under Studio 34 sign. To reach it, players should spine transfer into the greenscreen bowl to the left of the spawn point and then grind across the wire.
Panda Plushie #13
Head up to the roof of the cellblock in the lighthouse area. Then, grind a rail over to the water tower to reach the tower.
Panda Plushie #14
Players can find the Waterpark panda plushie on a ledge behind the large red bucket. To reach it, follow the wall along the right side of the map until you reach the bucket.
Panda Plushie #15
From the starting point, turn around and head toward the back wall. Then, move to the right side and look for a dumpster. The Kona panda plushie is hidden behind the dumpster.
Panda Plushie #16
Players can find the Shipyard panda plushie on the top floor of the building to the left of the starting location.
From the starting point, go left, then take an immediate right. Go through the open doorway to reach the rooftop.
Once on the roof, move to the next rooftop, then turn right and jump onto the walkway beneath the AC duct. Continue forward along the walkway.
From there, jump over the yellow railings to reach the building where the panda plushie is located.

The London panda plushie is located next to a pile of trash bags in the underground parking area.
Panda Plushie #18
Players can find the Zoo panda plushie at the far end of the level. Climb up the wall near the United Kingdom flag, then head to the left to reach the plushie.
Panda Plushie #19
Players can find the Pinball Panda plushie behind a billboard on a raised platform directly in front of the starting point.
