Advanced Decryption Key 1 (Fairfield)
Go to the More Perfect Goods Shop in Fairfield and talk to Arthur Cromby. You can buy the Advanced Decryption Key from his shop inventory.
Advanced Decryption Key 2 (Sovereign’s Sweet Spire Grove)
Found in Sovereign’s Sweet Spire Grove, west of Fairfield. This is the same area where you unlock the double jump/trust boost ability. Climb to the top of the structure and follow the path behind the rocks to find the Advanced Decryption Key in a chest beside a chair.
Advanced Decryption Key 3 (Sovereign’s Sweet Spire Grove)
It’s located at the top of the tower where the researchers are trapped, and Jackson fell. Climb to the top, then circle the outer path to find the key.
Advanced Decryption Key 4 (Fairfield Fisherman Outpost)
It’s located inside a Fisherman Outpost, southeast of Fairfield.
Advanced Decryption Key 5 (Ministry of Accuracy)
To find the Advanced Decryption Key 5, head to the Ministry of Accuracy and access the secret room by jumping onto the vent from the fourth floor. This is the same area visited during the quest “A Refreshing Bit of News” to locate the Mental Refreshment Information. The Advanced Decryption Key is hidden beneath an infantry cap near a locked chest.
Advanced Decryption Key 6 (Near Ministry of Accuracy)
It’s located inside a Fisherman Outpost, north of the Ministry of Accuracy.
Advanced Decryption Key 7-8 (Automech Repair Center)
You can purchase two Advanced Decryption Keys from Hazel’s Automated Wares and Repairs. But you need to get credentials from the Ministry of Accuracy.
Advanced Decryption Key 9 (Skycutter A102)
Enter the Skycutter A102 building and go downstairs. At the far end of the room, by the wall, you’ll find a locked chest with Advanced Decryption Key 9. To open it, you must first complete the side quest “Who Else But Us.”
Advanced Decryption Key 10 (Substation Near Skycutter A102)
It’s located in a substation northeast of the Skycutter A102 area. Inside, find a shipping container and switch off the power to disable the electric barrier. Then, enter the container and open the chest to collect the item.
Advanced Decryption Key 11-12 (Southern Edge of Paradise Island)
You can find two Advanced Decryption Keys inside the Fisherman’s house at the Southern Edge of Paradise Island. To access it, restore power to the house by repairing the power substation located up the hill to the north.
Advanced Decryption Key 11 is near the bed.
Advanced Decryption Key 12 is inside a locked.
Advanced Decryption Key 13 (Vox Relay)
This key is hidden inside a secret room in Vox Relay. Interact with the wall to reveal and unlock the door.
Advanced Decryption Key 14-15 (Vox Relay)
Two keys can be found inside a locker within the safe room of De Vries in the Vox Relay during the main story.
Advanced Decryption Key 16-17 (Side Quests Reward)
The last two Advanced Decryption Keys are a reward for the side quest
