The first Mr. Raccoon can be found during the intro section of Leon’s Care Center. As you progress through the opening, you will reach a blocked door that needs to be cut open with a chainsaw. After cutting the door, go through it and enter the next room. You will find a small dancing raccoon statue sitting on top of the fireplace just before the stairs.

The second Mr. Raccoon statue is located in the East Wing Lobby. When you enter this area, head toward the reception desk to find a small dancing raccoon statue on top of the desk.

The third Mr. Raccoon can be found at the end of the corridor, just past the Waiting Room. Walk all the way down the hallway, and you will see it sitting on top of a round table near the stairwell.

The fourth Mr. Raccoon is in the Kitchenette area, which you reach after passing through the office room. The small dancing raccoon statue is sitting right on top of the coffee machine next to the sink.

From the Central Hall, head over to the Guard Office. After that, make your way downstairs to the Medication Room once you have the Level 3 ID Wristband, which you get as part of the story. Inside the Medication Room, you will see a little girl locked in one of the cells. Check the empty cell nearby and look behind the bed to find the Mr. Raccoon statue hidden there.

This Mr. Raccoon is inside a closet in the Records Room. The closet cannot be opened the normal way and can only be broken by Leon using his Hatchet.

This Mr. Raccoon is located in the Workshop in the Basement area, right next to the Holding Cells. To reach it, use the crawl space passage from the room after passing through the Furnace Joint Plug door.

Use a single Joint Plug to unlock the Bunkroom door. Once inside, look toward the TV. Mr. Raccoon is sitting right on top of it.

As you progress in the story, you will take control of Leon again and acquire a sniper rifle. You will need to use the sniper rifle to shoot the infected enemies chasing Grace and Emily. While aiming down into the garden, look closely at the pedestal that holds one of the garden lights. Mr. Raccoon is sitting on top of that pedestal.
East Raccoon City – Leon

After you reach Raccoon City, go to Café Oasis. You will find it on the main street just before the Applegate Hotel. Go inside and check the area near the shelves. Mr. Raccoon is sitting right in front of one of them.

Go up to the roof of the Logistics Warehouse and walk north toward the elevator. When you reach that spot, turn and look west toward the highway below. You will see a wrecked car on the road. Mr. Raccoon is sitting on top of that car. Shoot it with the sniper rifle.

This Mr. Raccoon is in the Underground Parking Garage. From the Central Camp, go downstairs and take the door on the right. Once inside, enter the room on the left to find it.

Continue with the story until you reach the Cedarbrook Apartments entrance. This Mr. Raccoon is on the bus in front of the Cedarbrook Apartments entrance. Look for a destroyed bus parked outside. Go up to the bus and check the front seat to spot a dancing Mr. Raccoon.
Mr. Raccoon #15
Keep progressing through the story until you get the Crank. After that, enter the Cedarbrook Apartments and take the door on the right. This will lead you to the main stairwell area. Do not go down the stairs. Instead, walk toward the other end of the upper floor to find an open fridge at the end. Mr. Raccoon is inside the fridge.

Look across the street at the building in front of you from the entrance of Cedarbrook Apartments. You will see a ladder on the wall. Shoot the ladder so it drops down, and climb it. Now, drop down into the gas station behind that building. Go inside the gas station and enter the room. Look at the metal shelves carefully to find Mr. Raccoon.

Go to the west end of the main road and flip the switch on the crane to create a makeshift bridge over the big crater in the middle of the street. As you walk on the makeshift bridge, look down to the left to find the Mr. Raccoon statue sitting just inside one of the broken pipes.

This Mr. Raccoon is located at Ridgewood Station. Use the Fuel Can on the generator near the big crane between the Gas Station and Central Camp to open the gate.
After the gate opens, go through and climb down into the underground Ridgewood Station. Follow the path until you reach a train compartment. Mr. Raccoon is sitting on one of the passenger seats inside the train.

This Mr. Raccoon is inside Willis Tower. Use the zipline to reach the building. Once inside, go upstairs and turn right to enter a room with a sofa. Look at the shelf in front of the sofa to find Mr. Raccoon.

After the motorcycle cut scene, head west to find an overturned tanker. Look to its right to find Mr. raccoons near a puddle of water.

This Mr. Raccoon is inside the Operations Room. Look carefully in the rubble to find the raccoons.

Go to the Library on the second floor. Once inside, head toward the tall bookshelf in the middle of the room. Mr. Raccoon is placed inside the shelf.

Go to Gun Shop Kendo. Turn around and walk into the open alley beside the shop. Go straight to the end of the alley, then look up. You will see an open window above, and Mr. Raccoon is sitting there.
