As the mission starts, Imogene will assign you the next assignment which is to get Security Keycard. She will also advise you to wear a Security Guard Uniform in order to obtain it peacefully.
Security Guard Uniform can be found in a number of locations, but the closest is within the Neon Security HQ, where you must obtain the Security Keycard.
Head inside the Neon Security HQ and go upstairs before talking to Neon Security. Upstairs you will find a Security Guard Uniform inside a locker.
Put on the Security Guard Uniform, then head downstairs to initiate a conversation with the Chief of Neon Security.
Begin the conversation by requesting a favor to borrow her security card. Subsequently, you’ll need to successfully pass the [Persuasion] test with the Neon Security Chief in order to obtain her security card.
