1) Cult Stash #22 + Lighthouse Key
In the basement of the sheriff’s station, there’s an Evidence room where you can discover a cult stash.
You’ll need to use the bolt cutter to get inside.
The code for the cult stash is 146, and inside, you’ll also find the Lighthouse Key.
2) Pump Action Shotgun
You can find the Pump Action Shotgun in Sheriff Tim’s Breaker Room.
To enter the room, you’ll need the Sheriff Station’s key, which you’ll receive during the main story from FCB agent Estevez.
The code to open the glass case containing the Pump Action Shotgun is 723.
3) Mayor Setter Charm
Go to Suomi Hall in Watery after beating Scratch, and you’ll discover the Mayor Setter Charm (Dog).
