This article will guide players on how to complete Rhett’s request in Crimson Desert. Rhett, the blacksmith’s assistant, needs your help gathering ore.
Starting Location
To start the quest, head to the City of Hernand and check the Notice Board. Look for Rhett’s poster on the Notice Board and read it. You will learn he needs quality ore. This will unlock Rhett’s Request and add it to your quest list.
Rhett’s Request Walkthrough
Once the quest begins, head to the center of the City of Hernand and look for the smithy
Talk to Rhett
You will find Rhett, the blacksmith’s assistant, just outside the blacksmith shop. Approach him and interact with him, and he will explain that he needs help gathering materials. He will then ask you to bring him 2 pieces of iron ore.
Mine 2 Iron Ores
After accepting the quest, follow the marker on your map and head southeast of the town. Continue toward the marked spot until you reach the base of a large cliff, where you will find a patch of iron. Equip your pickaxe and start to mine the iron ore.
You can aim at the rock with L1 or LB, then press R1 or RB to strike. Collect at least 2 pieces of iron ore.
Hand Over 2 Iron Ores
Once you mine the Iron ore, head to the updated quest marker to find Rhett’s assistant at a new spot. He had moved southwest from the mine. Approach him and hand over the 2 pieces of iron ore to complete the quest.
