Get Sammy Lawrence Mask from the Music Department
Leave the Safe House room and head down the corridor. At the first fork, continue straight and follow the hallway. Then take the first available right to reach the Music Department.
When you reach the Music Department, interact with the machine in the room. This will start a cutscene. You will be taken to the Music Department, and you will get the Sammy Lawrence mask.

After the cutscene, turn around and take the path on your left. Keep walking straight down the hallway, and at the end, turn left to go into a room. Look at the wall in the room to see a picture of musical instruments.
I have numbered the instruments in the order they appear. Your next goal is to play the instruments in the same order from left to right as displayed on the wall.
Bass fiddle > Drum > Violin > Piano > Drum > Banjo
Musical Instrument Location
From the Music Department, turn around and take the hallway on your left. Go straight and then go through the door on the right to reach a room with different musical instruments.
Musical Instrument #1 – Bass fiddle
The bass fiddle is in the far-left corner of the room.
Musical Instrument #2 – Drum
The drum is in the left corner of the room.
Musical Instrument #3 – Violin
To find the violin, return to the Music Department and take the hallway on your left. Walk straight, then go through the door on the right. The violin is inside that room.
Musical Instrument #4 – Piano
The piano is in the right corner of the room.
Musical Instrument #5 – Drum
The drum is in the left corner of the room.
Musical Instrument #6 – Banjo
The banjo is near the door of the room, on the left side.
