Scent of Survival Favor/ Side Quest

This guide shows the complete walkthrough of Scent of Survival Favour/ Side Quest in God of War Ragnarok. The quest starts automatically, as you are coming out of Freyr’s Camp after Story Mission 13: Creatures of Prophecy.

Objectives:
– Chase after Helka
– Ride the paper boat to the crater

Chase after Helka

Go to the Boat Dock at Freyr’s Camp and interact with Helka’s paw marks as shown in the pictures below. Interact with the paw marks and then hop on the bow.

Row the boat to the north and dock it on the beach as shown in the picture below. Continue straight ahead, then crouch under the tree trunk and proceed ahead. Then turn right and go under another tree trunk.

After coming out, keep following Helka. Then interact with the broken pillar blocking the path and continue ahead.

Then turn right and climb the wall on the right side as shown in the picture below. Interact with the celestial altar there to clear the path ahead. Clim down the wall on the right side then turn right and climb the wall ahead. Continue ahead on the path. At the end of the path, you will find Helka. Interact with the wind near Helka as shown in the second picture below. This will take you to The Crater and complete the quest.
