Scorn Act 5 Walkthrough & Puzzles

This guide will show how the complete walkthrough of Act 5 in the game Scorn. Scorn is the latest addition to Xbox Game Pass and was released on October 14, 2022.

As Act 5 begins, continue your adventure by entering the building through the right or left ramp. Descend the stairs to the left of the art structure.

Downstairs is a hall with a raised platform in the center and two dead bodies. Interact with the controls near the left body to obtain a half-filled canister.

Take the center path from the platform. In the end, you’ll find a terminal. Interact with the terminal and leave the canister to open the door.

Go inside a larger chamber. On your right side, there are two embryos. There is also an ammo and health replenishment device nearby.

Pick the embryo, walk to the other side of the room, and insert it into the abdomen of the seated creature. Shoot the embryo to get the baby.

Return with the dead embryo to the terminal, where you left the half-empty canister. Insert the dead embryo into the terminal and interact with it to fill the canister.

Return to the raised platform and put it on the device, near the left dead body.

Now, you have to repeat the process to fill the canister twice again to use on the other corpse. Return to the previous room. Select an embryo and place it in the sitting creature’s abdomen. Kill the monster once it gets activated. This boss battle will be difficult.

Return to the terminal where you left the empty canister. Put the dead embryo into the terminal to fill half of the canister.

Return to the same room. Stand in front of the light beside the grilled door to open a vent. Shoot a grenade through the vent to open the grill gate. 

Collect the remaining embryo and repeat the process. Defeat the creature. Return the dead embryo to the terminal to fill the canister fully.

Here, you will be attacked. This will prevent you from using your hands. Head left from the platform and back to the staircase to descend.

Stand in front of the light to open a vent. Shoot a grenade through the vent to open the grill gate. 

Head inside, and use the machine to your left to temporarily regain control of your hand. Open the door with your key and enter another room.

Inside, stand on the platform to open a vent. Fire a grenade through the moving bodies to open the grill gate. 

Go to the terminal to upgrade the key.

Note: Head back to the previous room in case your hand is unusable. Use the machine to your left to temporarily regain control of your hand again.

Head back to the circular chamber and use your newly upgraded key card to open the locked door. Interact with the operating table. If your hand is unusable. Use the machine to temporarily regain control of your hand again.

Target the head of the parasite to remove it from your body. After the fight collects the canister that falls from the monster. Head back to the circular chamber and then to the right.

Interact with the terminal to open the grill door.

Continue going forward to reach the start of the main building. Enter the building and use the right staircase to reach the platform with two bodies.

Insert the blood canister near the right side body. remove the canister and the platform will start rising.

After getting to the upper level, turn around and connect with the art structure.

Interact with the humanoid operating on your previous body once you’ve regained consciousness. Change to the other body, the one with free hands, and go to the center.

On the left is a machine that provides you with the equipment required to obtain a spiky hand and subsequently interacts with terminals. Use it, then proceed to the terminal facing the door.
