Following Professor Fig towards the ruins. He will suggest using Disillusionment charms to stay invisible from the enemies. This mission also grants access to Petrificus Totalus (Petrification Charm). After using Disillusionment to blend in, you can sneak up on an enemy undetected and use Petrificus Totalus to incapacitate a weaker enemy or severely damage a stronger one. Defeat all goblins present in the area. you can use the corresponding color spells to dispel enemy shields.

Search the Tower
Head inside the tower and climb up the stairs. Finally, talk to Percival’s portrait at the top.
