This guide shows how to solve the puzzle for the Seat of Eternity mystery sidequest in the Indiana Jones and the Great Circle game, which was released on December 9, 2024.

Starting location – Seat of Eternity

In the Gizeh area, proceed west from Gizeh Village to reach a small sand hill. At the top of the hill, you will find a square-shaped hole. Refer to the location on the map below.

Drop into the hole to reach an ancient tomb with a sealed sarcophagus. Read the note on the floor near the tomb to start the mystery.

Seat of Eternity Walkthrough

To open the sarcophagus, the player needs to find four canopic jars and place them on pedestals around the tomb.

Falcon Canopic Jar

The first jar is on the floor near the sarcophagus. Place the Falcon Canopic Jar. Place it on the pedestal with the Falcon painting on the wall.

Jackal Canopic Jar

Leave the sarcophagus room and turn left to find a hole in the ground. Use your whip to swing across the hole and reach an iron gate.

Look above the gate for a metal ring and use your whip on it to lift the gate. Once inside, you’ll find a Jackal Canopic Jar on the floor.

Place it on the pedestal with the Jackal painting on the wall. This is located on the right side, behind the tomb.

Human Canopic Jar

Leave the sarcophagus room and turn left to find a hole in the ground. Drop down inside to find a Human Canopic Jar. You will also find a weapon that can be used to break the wall for the next Jar. Throw both the items outside.

Place it on the pedestal with the Human painting on the wall. This is on the left side of the tomb.

Baboon Canopic Jar

Go outside the sarcophagus room and break the wall on the right side. Go through the opening, and you’ll find the Baboon Canopic Jar inside.

Place it on the pedestal with the Baboon painting on the wall. This is on the right side of the tomb.

After placing all four Canopic Jars the sarcophagus will open and end the Seat of Eternity mystery.
