‘Seirai Stormchasers Part 4’ is a world quest on Seirai island of the Inazuma region. Seirai Island was introduced in the Genshin Impact 2.1 update which was released on 1st September 2021. This quest starts after the completion of ‘Seirai Stormchasers Part 3’. This article shows the complete walkthrough of the quest.
Go to the Warding stone’s Location
Your first objective will be to ‘Go to the Warding stone’s Location’. The warding stone is up on a floating stone south of Amakumo Peak as shown in the picture below. The starting point shown below is the location where the ‘Seirai Stormchasers Part 3’ ended.
From the starting location, summon electrogranum and jump on the rock up above in the south direction as shown below.
From the previous rock, jump again to the rock above in the south direction as shown below.
From here, you are two jumps away from the rock with the warding stone. Jump up on the rock in the south and then jump to reach your destination as shown below.
Warding Stones Puzzle 4
On reaching the warding stone, the objective will be updated to ‘Touch the paper charm hangars’. All three paper charm hangars are also on the same platform as the warding stone. Touch all three and your objective will be updated to ‘Seal the Warding Stone’.
Number of paper charms: 4,4 & 4
Solution: You can solve the puzzle by rotating the top stone 2 times and the lower stone also 2 times.

Continue Exploring (Thunder Manifestation Boss Fight)
For the next objective go to the platform at the location highlighted below. here you will have to defeat the new ‘Thunder Manifestation’ boss. This will unlock ‘Love and Non-Communication’ achievement.

After the boss fight, go to the north end of the platform and summon electrogranum from the plant there. use it to jump up on the rock on the west side as shown below.
Use electrogranum to jump further west until you reach a platform with an electroculus and two chests, One Luxurious and one Precious. This stone also contains an item called ‘Peculiar Pinion’. Pick it up to complete the exploration. Then report back to Taisuke and Eiko to complete the quest.
