This guide shows the complete walkthrough of Seluvis’s questline in Elden Ring. The guide shows all possible locations where you can Nepheli as well as all choices and outcomes.
Quest Starting Location (Ranni’s Rise)
Go to the top of Ranni’s Rise and talk to the Witch Ranni/ Renna as shown in the pictures below. She will ask you to talk to Seluvis.
Talk to Spectral Seluvis
After talking to Ranni, take the elevator to the lower level of Ranni’s Rise. Talk to spectral Seluvis here and he will invite you to his tower nearby. Then Talk to two Spectral Blaidd and Iji. After that go back and talk to Ranni. Now you will be able to leave the tower.
Seluvis Location
Go to the Seluvis’s Rise building as shown in the picture below and talk to Seluvis. He will give you a potion and ask you to give it to a woman named Nepheli.
Talk to Sir Gideon Ofnir
Nepheli won’t talk about the potion until you have talked to her father. Go to Roundtable hold and talk to Sir Gideon Ofnir about Nepheli.
Where to Find Nepheli Loux
Nepheli’s location keeps changing based on how far you have progressed in the story. There is a total of 4 places where you can find Nepheli. Talk to Nepheli. This time you won’t get the option to give her the potion. Click here for the complete walkthrough of Nepheli’s questline.
Note: Nepheli won’t talk about the potion until you have talked to her father (Sir Gideon Ofnir) in the Roundtable Hold.
Nepheli Location 1: Stormveil Castle
If you have not killed Gogrick Boss in the Stormveil Castle, the Nepheli will be inside a cage in Stormveil Castle at the location marked in the pictures below.
Nepheli Location 2: Roundtable Hold
If you have killed Gogrick Boss in the Stormveil Castle, then Nepheli will be in the Roundtable Hold as shown in the picture below.
Nepheli Location 3: Village Of The Albinaurics
After you have talked to Nepheli in the Roundtable Hold, then she will move under the bridge in the Village of The Albinaurics as shown in the pictures below.
Note: Nepheli won’t appear here until you have talked to her father (Sir Gideon Ofnir) in the Roundtable Hold.
Nepheli Location 4: Roundtable Hold
After you have talked to Nepheli in the Village of The Albinaurics and defeated the Omenkiller there, she will be back to the Roundtable Hold. Go down the stairs next to the blacksmith in the Roundtable Hold to reach Nepheli as shown in the picture below.
Hand Over Seluvis’s Potion (All Choices & Outcomes)
After taking to Nepheli, go and talk to Sir Gideon Ofnir again. Talk to him about Nepheli and then show him Seluvis’s Potion.
After seeing Seluvis’s Potion, he will tell you that Seluvis is a perverted “Dolly Botherer”. Here you will get the option to hand over the potion to him. Below, I will show all the choices and outcomes.
Choice 1: Don’t Hand Over Seluvis’s Potion
Find Nepheli in the locations mentioned before in the article and give her the potion. Here you will get the option to leave without giving her the potion. If you choose to leave, then the quest won’t progress further. You will need to either hand over the potion to Sir Gideon Ofnir or give it to Nepheli. If you give the potion to Nepheli, she will drink it and become motionless.
Go and report back to Seluvi. He will be happy and agree to teach you sorcery.
Choice 2: Hand Over Seluvis’s Potion
When you hand over the potion to Sir Gideon Ofnir, he will tell you to go and lie to Seluvis that you gave the potion to Nepheli. He will also tell you that Seluvis won’t suspect anything. Now, go and report back to Seluvi. He will be happy and agree to teach you sorcery. So basically, the outcome will be the same, except for Nepheli’s fate.
