This guide shows the location of Shitoki Ghost and his Treasure location in Tsurumi Island of Inazuma Region. The Ghost will spawn only after you have completed ‘The Sun Wheel and Mt. Kanna’ world quest (Part 4 of ‘Through the Mists’ quest chain).

4 Conches & Treasure Map Fragments Locations
There are 4 conches to be collected in Tsurumi Island as shown in the picture below. Inside each of the conches, you will find a Treasure Map Fragment. After collecting the first conch, Shitoki will appear and tell you about a treasure that his brother left and also tell you about the treasure fragments.
Conch 1: On a puddle of water in Shirikoro Peak Underground
Conch 2: Near shipwreck on the west of Aytake Plains
Conch 3: You will have to break some barrels at the location shown below, north of Ceremonial Site
Conch 4: Near the Waverider Summon Point on the eastern side
Shitoki Location & Treasure Map
After you have collected the four Treasure Map Fragments, go to the north of the Statue of the seven to find Shitoki as shown below. Talk to Shitoki and you will receive the treasure map.

Now go to the center Mt. Kanna and dig at the location shown below to get a Precious Chest.
