Story Difficulty
To find the correct ema in Silent Hill f, you need to look for three special symbols on wooden plaques. These plaques are hanging in three different spots along the Shrine Path.
If you’re playing on Story difficulty, the correct symbols you need are a crane, a serpent, and a tortoise. Each of these symbols will be in a different location in the Shrine Path.
Story Mode Solution
“Send forth to the sky a crane;
“to the earth, a serpent;
“and to the spring, a tortoise.”
When you find an ema board, go up to a plaque and press the button to flip it. If it’s the right one, the symbol will show up and get saved in your journal.
Once you flip all three ema correctly, you’ll find the lock dial behind the plank. Then head back to the Shrine Vault and open it.
