In Part 5: Chapter 12: Richard: Getting Inside, Simon arrives at the CEG Tower and needs to find a way in. This guide explains how to enter the CEG Tower in Silent Hill Townfall in the game Silent Hill Townfall.
As you regain control, you will find yourself in front of the building. Turn around and go through the open gate on the right side.
Enter the small yellow security room. Inside, press the button to open the gates behind this security room. This gives you access to the parking lot and the area around the CEG Tower.
Enter the parking area and head toward the building on the left. Find the garage shutter and interact with it to raise it. Once it opens, go inside. Collect and read the “Notice of Protest” from the table.
Go through the door in the back right corner and go upstairs.
At the top of the stairs, go left and enter the Manager’s Office. Open the small cabinet on the wall beside the door to get the Generator Key.
Leave the office and follow the creature through the open fire exit to leave the building.
Continue straight ahead and go around to the fenced area with the yellow generator. Go around to the back of the generator and find the three pumps lower down. Activate the right pump to turn it ON.
Go to the front side of the generator and insert the Generator Key. Turn on the generator, then pull down the lever in the bottom-left corner to restore the power.
Next, enter the portable building across the parking lot. Use the computer in the side room on the right and read the two emails.
The “DONTREAD.DOC” email gives you the locker code: 147. Use it to open the locker inside the portable building to collect the First Aid Kit.
Now, go to the elevator and step inside. Press the Power button, then press the up arrow to go up to the scaffolding.
Follow the path and open the mesh gate around the corner. Go up the slope and turn right until you reach a ladder.
Climb up and follow the scaffolding path. Look for another ladder on the floor and climb down to the lower level.
Crouch through the open window on the right and drop inside the building. This will get you into the CEG Tower.
