In Part 6: Chapter 15: Trying Again of Silent Hill: Townfall, one objective is to release the clamps in the Control Room. You’ll find a printed manual with the instructions, but it can be confusing to follow. This guide explains where to go and what to do to complete the objective and continue the chapter.
How to Release the Clamps from the Control Room in Silent Hill Townfall
Follow the steps below carefully to configure each control correctly and release the clamps.
Balance: Set both Tension (L) and Tension (R) to Intermediate.
Notify: Turn Self and All to ON
Run Off: Flip the switch down to Disengaged.
Protection: Select the red switch marked SO.
Clamp Connection: Use the keypad to enter D71.
Report: Turn ON the first, third, and sixth switches. Make sure all other switches remain off.
Pressure Control: At the bottom-left, pull the dial down to Set.
Intubate Flow: Set it to None.
Battery One: Set it to B by moving the switch up.
Battery Two: Set it to C by moving the switch to the right.
Release the Clamps: Once everything is set correctly, press the Release button.
Exit the Control Room: Leave through the left side, go down the stairs, and interact with the red valve next to the shipping container.
