Smithy Seal of Quality is a side quest to help the NPC Gemma in Monster Hunter Wilds. This guide will help players complete the ‘Smithy Seal of Quality‘side mission in Monster Hunter Wilds.
Starting Location
This quest will be automatically available after competing ‘High-Quality Materials’ sidequest where you need to hunt Chatacabra to extract High-Quality Materials from it.
Talk to Alma at any base camp and accept the optional quest “Smithy Seal of Quality“. In the quest Smithy Seal of Quality, you need to obtain another high-rank material for Gemma by defeating a Lala Barina Monster. Refer to the image below.
Smithy Seal of Quality Walkthrough
Once the quest begins, you will get the objective to hunt Lala Barina. Lala Barina Monster can be found in Area 12 of the Scarlet Forest.
After reaching Area 12, you will find Gemma waiting for you. You will also get the optional objective ‘Try out Gemma’s prototype snare‘. Refer to the below image. Choose this optional objective, and she’ll set up a giant web-like trap. Now, lure the Lala Barina onto the trap to immobilize it.
Finally, hunt down the Lala Barina. Head back to Gemma after defeating Lala Barina to end the quest and receive the reward.
