This article will guide you on how to Solve the Demon’s Tomb Puzzle for the main mission Idol of Ra in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle game, which was released on December 9, 2024.
How to Solve the Demon’s Tomb Puzzle
As you progress through the main quest Idol of Ra in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle you will reach the Burial Chamber and need to solve the Demon’s Tomb Puzzle. This is part of the fieldwork ‘A Study in Fear’.
By this point in the mission, you should already have the ‘Circle Key’ and the ‘Cross & Circle Key’ in your possession. In the tomb, you’ll see three stone pedestals with keyholes and a central stone pedestal with three key slots.
Unlock Stone Pedestal #1
Begin with Stone Pedestal #1 on the left side. You will see that all of the rings on the pedestal are revolving. Insert the ‘Cross & Circle Key‘ into the Stone Pedestal #1 to cause a few rings to stop rotating. Now wait for the signs on the rings to form a single line. Pull out the key once all of the signs are aligned in one line. This will remove one of the locks of the central pedestal.
Unlock Stone Pedestal #2
Now go upstairs and yank the handle by the side of the statue to let the water flow through the canal.
Now, go to the Stone Pedestal #2 on the right side. Here you need to use both keys ‘Circle Key’ and ‘Cross & Circle Key’. A few rings will align with ‘Circle Key‘ and some rings with ‘Cross & Circle Key‘. Wait for the signs on the rings to form a single line and pull out the key to remove the third lock.
Unlock Stone Pedestal #3
To unlock the third pedestal, you’ll need the ‘Cross and Diamond Key,’ which can be found atop a ruined pillar on the right side. You will also need a ‘Cross & Circle Key‘.
Head to the right side of the area and look for a climbable spot on the wall. Navigate around the wall to reach the key at the top of the pillar.
Once you have the ‘Cross and Diamond Key’ go to the Stone Pedestal #3 and use ‘Cross and Diamond Key’ and ‘Cross & Circle Key‘ to align the symbols in a straight line.
Complete the Demon’s Tomb Puzzle
Once all three locks around the central pillar are removed, a lever will emerge from the central pedestal. Pull the lever to open the door and complete the puzzle.
