How to Solve the Echoes of Old Battles Wall Symbol Puzzle | Where Winds Meet
Inside the chamber, you will find several symbols lit up across the walls. Your task is not to activate symbols, but rather to push in the symbols that do not belong to the Northern Vow’s motto. When done correctly, the remaining illuminated symbols on both walls will form the complete motto, unlocking the path to the next room. Puzzle location is shown in below map.
The answer to this puzzle is revealed in Clue 3, which displays the correct pattern of symbols needed to form the motto. To align the walls with the Northern Vow motto, follow these exact steps:
Left Wall
- Push in the furthest block in the top-left corner.
Right Wall
- Push in the first and third interactable block. These symbols are not part of the motto and must be deactivated.
Once you’ve pushed in the correct blocks, the remaining illuminated symbols will perfectly match the Northern Vow’s sacred motto. When the pattern is correct, the chamber recognizes the motto and opens the passage to the next room, allowing you to continue the Echoes of Old Battles quest.
