This article will guide you step-by-step on how to complete the quest ‘Spirits of the Dalish’ in the game Dragon Age: The Veilguard, released on 31 October 2024.
Starting Location
To begin the quest, talk to a Spirit in a boat located in the southern area of Arlathan Forest. The Anxious Spirit will ask you to find Dalish mementos.
Find the Clan’s Mementos (5/5)
#1 Clan’s Mementos
Head to the location marked on the map below to find the first Clan’s Mementos. The first memento is below the rock.
#2 Clan’s Mementos
The second memento is on a damaged wooden ship.
#3 Clan’s Mementos
The third Clan Memento is inside a cave. Refer to the location marked on the map below.
#4 Clan’s Mementos
The fourth Clan Memento is found in Shadowy Grove. Climb the ledge at the marked location to discover the memento.
#5 Clan’s Mementos
The last memento is in front of a broken mirror. Location is marked on the map below.
Perform the Rite
After you’ve collected all five mementos, go back to the boat and speak with the anxious spirit.
To perform the ritual, turn around from the boat and go up the hill behind the owl statue. There, you’ll find a large rock you can interact with. Use Eternal Hymn to move the rock and go inside.
Next, use Tinker ability on the broken device to open a portal.
Climb up the ledge and jump into the portal. Inside the portal, go to the altar to perform the Rite.
