How to Plant the Arc Device in Accidents Happen in Starfield
As the mission “Accidents Happen” starts, speak with Imogene Salzo at Ryujin Towers in Neon in Alpha Volii. She will assign you the duty of entering HopeTech and installing an ARC device in order to interrupt their operations.
Hope Tech is situated within Hope Town, located on Polvo in the Valo System. Travel to Polvo in the Valo System and touch down at Hope Town.
When you arrive at HopeTown, Continue straight from the landing site and enter HopeTech through the door on your right.
After entering HopeTech’s main lobby, go all the way back to a white door near the reception desk and enter inside.
The entrance will lead to HopeTech’s factory’s Industrial Site. There will be guards roaming the ship, so it’s better to avoid drawing their attention. Go close the ship that is being worked on at the Industrial Site.
Enter the ship by going up the flight of stairs on the right side. Take the ladder inside the ship to the next floor. The terminal that acts as an access point to plant the ARC Device is just next to it.
Prior to using the terminal allow the guard to leave the area. To prevent a fight, close the door before the guard enters the room.
Finally, connect the Arc Device to an access point.
